Lars-Eric Uneståhl presented evidens-based Courses for mind-training in Sweden for the first time 20 years ago. The Mental Training course, initially was brought to the Swedish market by Scandinavian International University - SIU. SIU is a private University founded 1990 by Lars-Eric Uneståhl, Ph.D. The Mental Training course is called PUMT in Swedish. Over the years, more than 5.000 people in Sweden has attended this course. Many testify to the enormous importance it has had on their welfare and development.
Cource Package or digitally
The Unestahl Mental Training-course is delivered in two formats. One is that the course materials such as books, DVDs, CDs and course manual is sent to you in one package.
The second format is that you can choose is that the course is delivered to you online and you get the material digitally.
Whichever format you choose, it's the same course.
Since 2011 Unestahl Mental Training® - UMT® is available in English
The course is provided by Mental Training Sweden AB - MTS.
